I did an Amazon search too, and though some of the Miss Mapp books are available on cassette, only Trouble for Lucia seems to be available now (and I don't recommend starting with that book since it's the last in the series).

I could have sworn I saw the whole Make Way for Lucia set in paperback in Barnes & Noble not too long ago, but I must be mistaken.

Since the books are not readily available, they won't do for a group read- but I do heartily recommend them to anyone who can actually find a copy for private reading (and the PBS video production of Mapp and Luciafrom a decade ago is one of the best book-to-movie adaptations I've ever seen).

Kathleen, sorry these wonderful books have not been reissued recently
