You've done nothing wrong. As you feel a great desire to discuss Mansfield Park, I feel a great need to discourage such discussion, in, I hope, a humourous manner. The ambiguity of the novel certainly lends itself to discussion, I just feel Fanny has a tendancy to take over once she has been unleashed. So, say what you wish, and I will attempt to hold my tongue. Which is difficult considering that I have a nearly Palovian response to the words Fanny Price. i will have to be more disciplined in the future.
