This passage always seemed to me almost too personal to talk of. The giddy, all encompassing feeling of reading and having read-the delicious wallowing in someone else mind-the voluputous sensory recall of the words and the story. People who don't enjoy reading never get this; they don't see the conversation of literature, the magic and the beauty of it all.
