How does one participate in a group reading?

Hi,
I am posting to ask how does one participate in
a group reading?I ask this because as some of you may know
I post from our library and not a home computer.Can one par-
ticipate in a group reading if one posts only from the li-
brary?I would appreciate it if someone posts back to let me
know.
