Nah..I don't think of him like that. I agree with Cassia that the attraction is mutual, and that they are both willing to take the risks. That the results are so much more devastating for C than him doesn't alter that. I guess my main feeling for Ash is one of sadness. He is someone who is creative, interested in his world, excited by ideas. He tastes passion briefly, but can't follow it, and has to harbour it for a life time instead of expressing it. He is loyal to Ellen in many ways. She thwarts his attempts to be open with her physically and emotionally. I know you can argue that he got off easily compared to C because he was a man, but I still think he deserves my sympathy.
