Yes indeed ! and reading Mansfield Park for only the second time reminds me why I like P&P so much - in all it's incarnations. I doubt any self-respecting member of this board would look at either Crawford or Edmund if Darcy was around.
Reading MP with a group helps me appreciate it's technical excellence, but I doubt I'll ever love it and it's people the way I do P&P.
