I'm reading the Tomalin book, and am enjoying it. I've quoted a bit about her feeling about the unsatisfying ending of S&S on the S&S board.

I suppose David Nokes, author of the more derrogatory bio, is the same David Nokes who co-wrote the Tenant of Wildfell Hall screenplay?
