] Yes, she would be a good actress. I am not sure if she could pull off both a british accent and a strong feminist characteristic, but she fits all the phyisical requirements.

Uma Thurman has teh perfect looks but she much better when she's being soft and vulneralbe (Jennifer 8) than when she's trying to be wicked (BatMan Forever) or tough. She'd have to read. I don't care what her agent says. ;-)
