I've only been around here for a few months (some of which was just in a lurk mode). I apologize for not putting together a bio, but I really wasn't sure how long I would be active here. A question of logistics more so than interest.
BTW, since you steered me to the bio section, I am assuming Jane Elizabeth and Jane E are one and the same. I was getting confused. According the newbie listing, both names are in use.
What do you want to know about me? I'm 45, single and live in Chicago. I should be job hunting, instead of surfing the Internet.
Reading has always been a favorite activity of mine, next to movies. My reading interests are quite diverse, but I am proud to say I have never read a D. Dunne, Barbara Cartland or Danielle Steele book in my life!!!! I do like popular fiction, though, more like Byatt, Eco, Caleb Carr, Clancy, Ludlum (I know, pretty formulaic), Clavell (too bad it's over); and collect Ian Fleming.
And, the most important thing to know about me, is that I'm argumentative and authoritative. :-))
