I made it myself (I was surprised that I had a similar font on my computer to the one on the real book.) Last night I wandered through a couple of websites with artists, roughly from the time period, looking for good pics. I could not find any pics from the artist on the cover of the novel, so I had to punt. (I have not yet finished the book, so I don't know completely what sort of picture I should have looked for.)

I chose this pic because I thought she was very alluring and almost inviting (with a stress on the almost), but she had her back to the viewer. She is both inviting and turning away. I also liked the idea of her being a shepherdess; I thought that fit in well with the Lady being an intellectual shepherdess.
