If anybody can fax it to me, I can run it from my fax board through OCR software and see how it comes out. If it looks like it wouldn't take me any longer than 5 or 6 hours to clean up the text, or if I could recruit somebody to help me copyedit, I'd be happy to put it online.
(I know, Henry, I know your opinion of the worthlessness of the work itself, but that is not exactly the point. I think it would be a nice resource to make available.)
