It is a nice moment...I agree. I just remember when watching the movie where Helen has consumption and Jane is laying next to her in bed....and I am going!!! AGHHH!! GET OUT OF THE BED!!!

Then again I saw the movie before I read it, so I did not realize that she didn't catch it...There are calm moments and aggravating moments in Jane Eyre. I think another aggravating moment was when they cut Helen's hair, and I was going.....NO YOU STINKERS!!! (it was worse than stinkers I assure you) .
