My least favorite scene is the proposal from Emma2. (I know, I know, you Emma2ers think I ought to be pistol-whipped.) But, it is just too different from the book for my liking.
Now-Kathy. I thought we had reached some common ground-gotten away from all the "rabid", "wild west shoot 'em up" rhetoric.
And granted, McGrath added his own delightful words to the proposal scene-but for me, the spirit was there. Its magic. And Emma3 wasn't completely faithful either-KB's tepid: "I love you. I think I always have."
