] Actually, the strawberries are an example of one of the most irritating things about this film for me - the geography is all wrong!Highbury village looks like no English village I have ever seen!( I did my undergrad thesis on the historical geography of villages in west Surrey) This Highbury looks like a patchwork of villages from all over Dorset, which is exactly what it is! Very pretty, but unreal! The Emma3 highbury is far better, IMHO.They managed to make Lacock look like a cohesive English village from the home counties.

Oh. I guess I was one of the uneducated folks that fell for the "pseudo-Surrey" hook, line, and sinker!! Thanks for pointing that out.

How on earth do you do a thesis on something like that? You must have had a ton of fun and learned a LOT. I'm jealous.
