] ] What is your absolute favorite Knightley line? (These can be from the book or the adaptations.) I have so many, I won't even post now, but I AM interested in others' favorites.
]
] ________
] What a wonderful topic...you're giving me an excuse to sit and ponder all my favorite things about Mr. Knightley!
] Absolutely my favorite is the "Badly done, Emma. Badly done." (As only Jeremy can say it).
] Then there's the "Brother and sister? Indeed we are not." I could rewind a million times to watch him say that. (Emma3)
] In the book it would have to be him telling Mrs. Elton that only the future Mrs. Knightley will arrange his parties. It's one of those cool lines where you realize that, gentleman thought he is, he's not spineless. I love it!
] Probably less popular than the above (but still a good one) is right in the beginning of Emma3 when GP says she'll miss having Miss Taylor urging her to better herself and JN goes "Well that should not matter as you've always done just as you pleased." It's a cute line.
] I could go on, and on, but I'm sure every favorite line listed will be echoed by more than one other!

I couldn't agree more about his line:
"Brother and sister? Indeed we are not."
That is the best!
