] I got mine from Bookserve www.bookserve.com and my experience with them has been excellent. If they don't carry something they'll go out of their way to get it for you.

I live in the States too and I bought my copy from Bookserve as well. They had to special order it from U.K. and it took about 4 weeks to receive.
