Thanks Kali. Yes, I've seen the novel with the small b&w photos in it (unfortunately money is not on my side at the moment, with the school ball and everything!). I'm sure I have seen another copy of the same novel with colour pics in it though. I haven't seen it since, so maybe I dreamt it!
