It's the whole "theme" on your computer... your wallpaper... your screensaver.. your destop icons... your sounds on entering and exiting windows.. plus sounds when using pointers... and animated pointers... colors of your frames and writing at the top of your boxes... basicaly all the backround "stuff" that decorates your computer... and the desktop theme just pulls all of those things above into... a theme... hope this helps!
