Reading every word has worked for me, too. In doing so, I look for nuances in dialogue and "clues" in plot development (some of the most innocuous dialogue or event early on often makes sense much later when plot elements unfold). I've enjoyed digging into the original material to "get the full meaning." And getting the meaning for myself is great--no matter how many people tell you how good something is, you don't really appreciate it until you've found it out for yourself.

Emma is truly a delight to read. In fact, I've had more fun this time around and the bonus is reading everyone's thoughts on the board daily!
