Sorry, no. Ectually, you'll hardly find a full paragraph of original dialog strung together in either of the latest adaptations, so I don't see how you'd fall into the "skimming" trap. ;-)

Also, I've been a little absent lately and have not really noticed much discussion on the book.

We've had LOTS of discussion on the book - you HAVE been absent! ;-P

What do you all think of JA's inclusion of John Knightley as the young curmudgeon?

Judging by the comments in the thread below, we like it very much indeed! :-)
