] Sounds very odd...have you had success getting into chat before, or is this your first attempt? If it is your first attempt, are you on AOL? If so, AOLers have traditionally been unable to access chat. Also, remember to press the "new messages" button once you get in - unless you mark the autorefresh box before you logon, the messages won't automatically appear. Try posting to the HELP board, and maybe someone with more browser experience can help you there.
