] While I haven't seen it in a store, i know that Emma2 is available to RENT at video storews. Therefore, it has been released onvideo and must be available to purchase somewhere. Since it is only one tape, I can't see it costing more than $15. I will keep an eye out though.

Emma2 has been available for rent since (April)?, but the price is still exorbitant ($99.95). It will eventually become reasonable. Here is a link that describes the videotape pricing procedure.
