Robyn -- I don't remember reading a post about two dates for an Emma adaptation. You did post this message about P&P on the P&P2 board, however. Someone there thinks there are different dates on the boxes of P&P1, perhaps depending on a new master or something. If you could find out the names of the actors, or director, then we would be able to know better.
