I got the feeling that O'Brien might go to India with Lady Susan (?) (Shrimpie's wife). She had a whispered conversation with lady Susan and warned her maid that she felt no loyalty to her after she tried to get her drunk. Also, didn't O'Brien say something about wanting to travel?
