And the Best Scene of the Episode Award goes to... Written by Jezkalyn (2/18/2013 10:23 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, DA Series Finale: Gotta hand it to JF! (SPOILERS!!!!), penned by Jezkalyn

Branson and Mrs. Hughes for that one brief shining moment of sincerity when after she tells him that he is doing a very good job walking the line and that Sybil would have been proud of him and he breaks down. Despite the gratuitous shirtless scene, as lovely as it was. It is these little moments that keep me watching all the rest. Good sincere, honest, and vulnerable work by both of them.

Runner Up: Mrs. Patmore's reaction to Mrs. Hughes' intervention after she covers her face. Brilliantly played!
