Yes, that's always seemed odd to me Written by Deborah Y (1/29/2013 10:09 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Only Lady de Bourgh, if she had no title before marriage,, penned by kathleen (elder)

-- that the husband is Sir William (but never Sir Lucas), whereas the wife is Lady Lucas (and never Lady Firstname). I didn't realize, though, she couldn't even be Lady Firstname Lucas -- thanks for the education. We Americans just can't keep up with this stuff. . . :-)
