The Final Jeopardy category was Women Authors. I will admit that "Austen" popped into my head. And I was right because this was the clue: "The first of Jane Austen’s 6 novels to be published in her lifetime, its title is last alphabetically."

Yes, it did take me a bit of talking out loud to get to the final answer, but I did get it before the music stopped! One person guessed P&P but the others got it right.

If you know your dates you'll notice that technically the answer is wrong, because 4 novels were published during her lifetime and 2 after she died. But it doesn't impact the correct answer (or in this case, question). I won't mention that because you should know it!
