I saw it a week ago and left feeling mixed. The visuals were astounding as were costumes and set design. I felt the concept was consistently carried throughout the film and it was a daring approach by Joe Wright. The actors were all really great. I am not usually a big fan of Keira Knightly ( I like but don't love her) yet I thought she was very convincing as Anna. Jude Law and Matthew Macfadyen were especially superb.

However, I was not really emotionally invested in the characters and I think this was due to the highly stylized approach. To me everything felt so artificial that I didn't really feel invested in the characters and story.
