I totally agree (spoilers)   Written by Isabeau (12/9/2012 11:25 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Project Runway All-Stars: "green" challenge (spoilers), penned by Sarah Hannah [Back to Board]
Are you new?

Laura Kathleen gives me a rash I can't scratch. She's so annoying and I was surprised with her win . . . although, DVF is a very astute designer and would have appreciated palazzo pants jumper.

Althea always seemed to be in the middle of the pack. She never seemed to do anything spectacular or memorable . . . but, never ended up in the bottom three until this episode. The fabric she was working with this week looked like something for a dress in a high school production of Our Town and I'm not surprised that she's gone now.

Frankly, I liked Casanova's dress best of all . . . although, I wish it had the solid color on the outside and the print on the inside. His dress seemed the most interesting and red carpet worthy dress of all. Plus, it looked better made than anything else.

I'm a little bewildered by Emilio falling short this week. The fabric was the most suitable for a traditional red carpet dress; however, his dress seemed a little too simple in its design and not well finished.

Anthony Ryan from week-to-week gets praised to the point that I wonder who's paying off the judges. He uses bright blue and black too often . . . and his dress this week looked more suited for a toga party at a college campus.

Josh's dress looked like one of the model's breasts deflated. I thought he tried to do something interesting with the fabric, but his dress also looked too simple and more suited to a toga party.

Uli's dress had odd proportions and I didn't like the use of the feathers . . . but, I agree with her that her fabric was depressing and needed something.

And, the there's Ivy . . . who's dress was beyond bad and I was sure she would have been sent home. Has she ever done anything remarkable? I can't think of anything.

The most unfortunate thing about this challenge was how bad many of the fabrics looked. They didn't look like they were quality (and it is possible to have "green" fabrics that are fabulous). And, they certainly weren't fabrics for making a red carpet dress.
