I certainly don't want to bring up anything that will happen later, and I think I will post this again later in the GR. But I must share a thought that has sprung in my mind while reading Chapter 8. Marianne is talking about CB's age, and Elinor and Mrs. D are defending him. I wonder (pretending I don't know how it ends), if CB and Mrs. D could form an attachment? I can't talk about his true personality yet, so maybe they really aren't suited for each other, but (again, pretending I don't know how it ends) I wonder if there could eventually be anything between them? I can't imagine it was totally unheard of for a man to marry a woman who was only a few years older than himself. Mrs. D is only 2 years older than I, she's still young! :-)
