] It happened again, I simply couldn't read Chapter 2 without getting very angry! I know that dialog between mrs. and mr. John Dashwood is funny but he makes me mad! He needs a SUTH!

Where would we be without our marvelous villians to laugh at and be horrified by? What part of ourselves does JA take and uphold in it's ridiculousness? I can't help read an exchange like that, or any other of her marvelous exchanges that exposes human character to be less than ideal, and pray that there isn't part of myself that is like that - but in most likelihood if I truly were to delve introspectively - I'm afraid that I would find something. (Horrors!)
