] It seems that many of us are doing a reread, so I was wondering when, how, or why did you first read S&S?

I had first seen Emma (2) and decided to read the book. When I went to Barnes and Noble, they had a three-in-one of S&S, P&P and Emma. I read Emma first then, since I really liked Emma, I read S&S. So that was about 1997. I was hooked to Jane Austen ever since.
