Defeat   Written by Kristina F (2/21/2013 8:20 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Did Willoughby admit his wrong?, penned by kathleen (elder)
Are you new?

Thanks for the links, but I was responding to Adrian's opinion that Brandon would have been interested in "defeating" Willoughby. Perhaps he would have intended to do this, but my point was that if a duel ended with no one injured or dead, and with the person in the wrong still refusing to admit wrongdoing, then how could there be a true "winner"? It seems to me that no one was defeated, per se.
