Legal consquences, or lack thereof Written by Kristina F (2/21/2013 7:14 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, Since killing Willoughby would have caused..., penned by Adrian

It is my understanding that duelists only rarely faced legal consequences, or if they did, then they got off with what amounted to a slap on the wrist. Correct me if I am wrong. Besides, don't you think it likely that Willoughby would have intended to kill Brandon, as well? I think that Brandon would have been well aware of this.
