I never said that Marianne's stated reasons for disliking Brandon were the same as Willoughby's, but I do think it is clear that his ridiculing Brandon encourages her to do the same, only in a different way (as you mentioned). We have already seen her express her feelings about Brandon's age and "dullness" in an earlier chapter, but I do not think that she would venture to say some of the rude things she says in Chapter 10 if she were not influenced by Willoughby's behavior.
