] The description on the Amazon UK site would indicate that this is the same book. You can compare the Real World synopsis with the World of... synopsis at Amazon.com if it would help.

...that I received this book from Amazon UK today. And I have been looking into the matter since, because the item title on the invoice is "The real world of Jane Austen" whereas the volume I unwrapped is called "Jane Austen. The World of Her Novels". It does look exactly like the pictured one on Amazon US. But the ISBN, name of publisher and size (320 pages)are the same as in Amazon UK's description.It is said to be the first Frances Lincoln edition, 2002.
Seems they need to change the exhibited cover picture on Amazon UK.
So far I am pleased with my first impression of it and excited by the amount of early county maps included.
