My 4xGreat-grandparents? Written by Louise C (2/26/2003 2:53 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, Who did Jane Austen meet in Bath?, penned by Caroline

Unlikely I know, but doing my family history a couple of months ago I came across Mr David Grant and family from Kingston Jamaica spending the years 1800-1803 in Bath.

I immediately thought of JA and have dreams of them happily chatting together in the pump room, but I'll never know. Sigh...

(He had two sons in the navy so they would have had a topic for conversation.)
