] I keep seeing mentions of `The Loiterer' in bios of JA. Is it available anywhere?

A quick Google search turned up the attached link. Someone in Wisconsin is editing the few remaining copies of The Loiterer and has posted a bit onilne. What an interesting graduate project this would be. I'm at work right now and must rush off to a meeting so I won't be able to puruse this till later. Enjoy.
