the fact that they moved the constancy conversation from the end of the movie to the middle? And, to make matters worse, it's between Anne and Benwick instead of being between Anne and Harville. And, most importantly, Frederick never hears the conversation, meaning that he has no reason to write his letter. But, since they left the letter in, they were therefore forced to butcher it almost beyond recognition.
To me, at least, the above are unforgivable changes to this most beautiful of stories. It tells me that the writers either didn't read the book very carefully or, if they did, they didn't understand it very well.
