(Sorry, irresistable subject line.) Henry's only true flaw is masked by his wit. That is his willingness to poke fun of everything, and everyone he meets. But I think that you're looking to a flaw that he overcomes, as the other heroes do. The only thing he really overcomes is his subservience to the wishes of his father. This, of course, happens off stage as part of the rushed ending.
