]am I imagining things by thinking that Captain Tilney is also seeing her as proxy for his brother Henry, and feeling that she's watching over him rather than Isabella

of Frederick and Henry's relationship. I cannot see why she would be watching him as a proxy for Henry - I think Henry is pretty sanguine about Frederick's behaviour.
