I was struck by the description of the Abbey..   Written by Geertje (4/17/2003 5:09 a.m.) in consequence of the missive, GR: Catherine as heroine, penned by Cheryl

from the walk in the garden. Catherine "was struck by the grandeur of the Abbey as she saw it for the first time from the lawn. The whole building enclosed a large court, and two sides of the quadrangle, rich in Gothic ornaments, stood forward for admiration".

After being dissappointed by the Abbey in the first place it seems Catherine is starting to loose herself again in her Gothic fantasies. :)
