GR: Henry's shortcomings?

I believe this has been discussed before, but since we're all (re)reading the book it's probably a good time to discuss it: what is Henry's primary character flaw? And please, don't try telling me he doesn't have any--I refer you to another JA gentleman who points out that everybody has "a tendency to some particular evil."

I have my own idea, but need some time to put it into words--in the meantime, any thoughts?
