] I read it as Henry almost acknowledging his intentions towards Catherine, and Eleanor, knowing (possibly by Henry’s prior confession to her) how much he likes Catherine, is teasing him.

I had a bit different take on this, and rather than repeat myslf, I'll link to it below. ;-)

] This time around I am noticing more of Henry’s attention to Catherine. I think he is really starting to like her. He is trying to please & amuse her; he is seeking her company & her good opinion at least as much as she seeks his.

I think so to. It is interesting to look for those little signs, isn't it? I don't know that Henry quite knows it, but he is seeking her out... ;-)
