John Thorpe's behavior makes me very angry, too. You are right in what you said about him. Also, I dislike Isabella more than I did in previous chapters. And James Morland seems so changed from when we first met him. John and Isabella were very wrong in what they did and they tried to make Catherine do wrong, too. What do you think of James' behavior? It is strange that James was angry with Catherine, who was right, yet he does not see that what the Thorpes did was wrong.
