] I am very disappointed with James’ behavior this week. He is blinded by love and seems to have changed allegiances from his family to Isabella.

Well, Isabella promised to do the same, and love her dear Morland's family better than her own. I like Catherine's (or rather JA's) reaction, "This was a pitch of friendship beyond Catherine".
