GR: oh,   Written by Cherie (4/2/2003 3:43 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, GR: Partial to the clergy, penned by Cheryl
Are you new?

] I didn't take this as meaning that she'd had her heart broken by a member of the clergy, but as a hint to Catherine about her brother James, who is at Oxford. While it isn't stated that James is studying for the clergy, his father is a clergyman, and I think a reasonable assumption can be made as to James' future profession.

that makes sense, but I never would have come up with that myself (although it might become clearer later in the book?)
