GR Fishing shack   Written by Barbara (3/30/2003 7:15 p.m.) in consequence of the missive, GR: On the wall?!, penned by Cheryl
Are you new?

] He wrote the sonnets on the wall of the cabin??

It's a fishing shack--very rustic. Of course Ann Radcliffe takes care to point out that Monsieur St. Aubert, Emily's father, doesn't actually fish there--in fact "for fishing tackle he had no use, for he never could find amusement in torturing or destroying."

] Oh, dreadful stuff. ;-p I do so admire your courage in tackling this book, Barb.

*Snort!* I really don't know if I could get through this at all without the goal of comparing it to NA in sight.
