] Even better is the fact that Henry Austen, when he was trying to arrange for this to be published, told the publishers who had neglected it that this was written by the (by then celebrated) author of S&S, P&P, Emma and MP--but only after he had bought back the rights to publish it.

I would have loved to have been there to see the look on Crosby's face when that little fact was reveiled to him =D
