But Isabella acted much the same as her brother: Saying a thing, when it was convenient for the moment. She knew Catherine, before Catherine was introduced to her brother, and I think, she only was interested in her ,as someone who could support her in her aim, to get James. It didnīt matter to her much, if Catherine married John, or not, as she was secure of James. I donīt think, she really believed, what she said, about John and Catherine. (As she just said, that she was sure, that Catherine knew everything about her being in love with James from the beginning)
